Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can't seem to remember anything about the big cathedrals and the numerous museums I've visited. I could go on, however, about the paella we made at a hostel in Seville, the fish amok I learned to make with a local in Cambodia, the get together I had in Barcelona with some very opinionated Catalans, and so on. Being around people has been a far more rewarding experience than just visiting 'destinations' and that's why I'm here.
