About Me
CURRENT MISSION
The world is currently my oyster! Camp now!
ABOUT ME
I grew up on the east coast of the U.S and figured at 23 I had enough so I moved to sunny California. I taught in Somaliland for a bit (@ Abaarso School represent!) but currently make my home in Oakland, CA.
I love music more than most things in life and am always on the on the move to find new and exotic tunes. Currently on a mission to get better at surfing and explore the culture of finding the ultimate wave. In my free time I'm reading, doing yoga and trying to improve my skills in the world of technology.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm a child of the world and must see as much of it as I can before it's too late. I have the desire to travel and get out of my comfort zone. I'm very interested in unique interesting parts of the planet as well as meeting others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted from time to time especially at our pad back in Providence RI. I have a nice NEW couch from Ikea that turns into a bed.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've never been more blessed to meet such great travelers from all over the world who I plan on visiting in the future. Such a sweet way to share and connect with people who all share the overall interest and drive to see the planet.
Interests
I love skateboarding, reading when I can hold my attention span together and don't owe the library anything. Writing as much as I can, biking a lot, camping, seeing the outdoors, learning to code, music (playing and watching) and of course traveling.

I taught and lived in Somaliland (a country that technically does not exist on paper) for a year and half at a wonderful boarding school.
