ABOUT ME

I'm a photographer (www.donnairenephotography.com) and a travel blogger (www.lifeoverstuff.co) from Miami, but currently living in Mexico City! My husband and I moved to Mexico to have the chance to live abroad and experience living in a new culture. I picked up a camera 10 years ago and have turned it into my full-time passion! I am addicted to travel and have a longing for places I've never seen and people I've never met. After almost 40 countries, I've learned that life is all about people and finding our common ground as humans. My husband and I are both vegetarian and love finding the best vegan/veg food when we travel. We're all about making new friends, sharing stories, and having fun!

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Christian and hope to share God's love through the gifts He has given me! But I would love to hear more about what you believe and share thoughts and ideas :)

I also am passionate about minimalism, sustainability, humanitarian work, entrepreneurship, and more.

MY CS EXPERIENCE

I've only surfed a couple times before, but I hope in the coming years I will have had many surfing experiences (and hopefully hosting experiences when I have my own place!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people while I'm traveling and exchange awesome life stories! And hopefully host one day when I have a more permanent residence.

I would love to learn new languages, about other cultures, how to cook different ethnic foods, how to swing dance, how to sail, and get better at surfing and snowboarding.
