Why I’m on Couchsurfing

my friend who moved to cali with little to nothing recommended this site to me whenever i go traveling, she says its a great way to meet new people and to get shown all the hotspots in town, who knows more than a local? am i right?

although its a bit more sketchy then just getting a motel/hotel it seems fun and spontaneous, its like a surprise plus the added adventure.
