About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Keeping on learning: currently working on Ukulele and surfing (I take it as a long term committment...).

ABOUT ME

Some people like to travel and visit places, I believe in exploring people.

Grew up in northern Italy, moved down to Perugia in 2004 for university, currently living in Miami where I moved for work, I'm an Italian teacher. I've lived in the US before as an AFS Exchange Student in High School, and also spent a year in Japan.

I love hanging out, killing time, cooking, eating, gardening, talking, politics, making things, the sea, flowers, squirrels, laughing, t-shirts, hot weather, Indian Pale Ale beer, cuddles, massages, spas, snowboarding, and of course languages.

PHILOSOPHY

Where one's headed is certainly important, but even more important is the journey that takes you there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Work in progress,as I dunno really yet, just starting out with this, gonna update as soon as I get a better idea of what this whole thing means! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No experience with the official couchsurfing platform, but plenty of experience couchsurfing worldwide since I was an exchange student in the US in 2001 and made friends from people from all over the place.
Strictly tied to CS, got friends in Perugia who host quite a bit and got curious thanks to them. Hi Palmer and Ale!

Interests

I love hanging out, killing time, cooking, eating, gardening, talking, politics, making things, the sea, flowers, squirrels, Amanda Palmer, sarcasm, laughing, t-shirts, hot weather, Indian Pale Ale beer, chinotto, tonic water, cuddles, massages, spas, snowboarding and, of course, languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have learned is that the world and people are much much better than how it is usually depicted.
