Overview
About Me
Travel addict (Traveled 24 countries across the world and counting). Adventure lover (Skydiving, Scuba Diving, Biking, Rope Climbing, Skiing, Trekking - Done it all). Acoustic guitarist (a YouTube channel with my songs with over 60000 views). Puzzle maker (have organized international treasure hunts with participation from over 105 countries). Chess player (University-level gold medalist). Sports fanatic. Party-maniac. And a Social media consultant for a US Multi-national firm. Also, a potentially good host & friend :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Simply to meet new people, for the love of it. I believe myself to be a people's person and thanks to my student exchange stint in Marseille (France) for 4 months, I've made friends from across the world (have good friends in almost every country in Schengen Europe and most countries in America with whom I'm in constant touch). I understand both the Indian & the western culture, both its intersection and the lack of it because of which I am able to relate to people from across the world alike. Looking forward to share my experiences from across the world and hear much more of amazing experiences from the friends I make via Couchsurfing! :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies - Love romantic & thriller stuff. A big fan of Nolan & Tarantino. Favorites include Shawshank, Se7en, Usual Suspects, The Dark Knight, Django Unchained, Pursuit of Happyness, LOTR, Harry Potter, Godfather, Pulp Fiction.. Blah Blah.. The list goes on.
Music - Anything. Literally anything. Probably Country Music & Reggae score marginally above the rest of the genres.
Books - Mostly non-fiction. Favorites include Gladwell, the Freakonomics series, Indian mythology, autobiographies, Ayn Rand, Paulo Coelho. Not the most avid reader, but love to flip the pages of a nice read once a while!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, done a lot of amazing stuff. Will share top 3.
1. Survived bozos & criminals surrounding me all alone and being held at a gunpoint twice in life without any monetary loss (not kidding!)
2. Skydiving - Experienced free fall from 14000 Ft.
3. Been to as many countries as my age (I'm 25 btw!)
