Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had over 70 roommates, have worked in 4 hostels from New York City to Lima from Barcelona to Jaco, have been in ESL Professor where foreigners from all around the world filled my Business courses, and have cohosted couchsurfers before in Valencia, which was such a wonderful experience. All these things have made my AirBnB in San Diego successful because even though it was never luxury I provided, I loved being a part of the special experience travellers have by providing tips, take them out as a guide, or even accompany them on trips to IKEA!

I actually have a journal filled with music recommendations from the people I encounter - my spotify and record collection is very eclectic.

Well, this is difficult. I have Junot Diaz and Haruki Murakami passages tattooed on my forearms. I'm also partial to the lost generation and the Russians.
