I am currently traveling with my fiancé Chloe. We are from Miami and decided to quit our jobs and take a year off to travel starting with a one-way Trans-Atlantic cruise. Both very social and laid back, fluent in English and Spanish. Simply hoping for a chance to learn about different cultures around the world.

While we both graduated with Business degrees from Florida State University, prior to setting sail, I worked as a Financial Analyst at a Wealth Management Firm and Chloe as a Product Strategist for HBO Latin America.

We have been together for over 8 years now (yes gay couple). We are very excited to have the opportunity to experience long term travel starting mid April 2016.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have been told this is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in the culture of the different places you travel and hope to make many new friends along the way.

Interests

Traveling is a pretty big part of our lives although we have done most of our traveling in North America thus far. We enjoy music festivals, good beers (have visited over 15 breweries and excited to visit vineyards as well) and pretty much any outdoor activity even if its just setting up our hammocks at a park.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love live music but enjoy and appreciate most music styles including Electronic Music (have been to Ultra Music Festival 8 times), Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, Jazz, Country, Salsa, Merengue, Spanish Rock, etc. Would much rather hang out at a lounge or laid back bar than a night club though.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Chloe is an excellent cook and we are happy to cook a meal for our hosts.
