I've been traveling practically full-time since 2004 and have been to and lived in a variety of amazing places. I've also made the best friendships of my life while traveling. There's something about adventurous people that I love so much!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to everything!! Seriously, everything. From one minute to the next I could have any type of music playing including: chill/lounge, hardcore rap, electronic, cheezy 80's, 90's R&B, bossa nova, new age...you name it. I think music affects and accentuates mood so I try to match my music to whatever is going on at any particular moment.

I love dark, moody, period films like Jane Eyre, Downton Abbey, Quills, etc. Anything that is artsy and brooding. ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

Like I said, I'm a huge nerd and will teach and learn as long as you'll listen/talk. I love intellectual and philosophical discussions as well as history and economic theory.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook pretty darn well and have taught myself to make practically everything from scratch.

I love sitting down over a glass of wine and small plates and just shooting the breeze.

I can also teach you anything you could possibly want to know about photography, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Indesign. If you are a beginning photographer or graphic artist, I'd be happy to share my knowledge and help you grow.

Oh, and of course you'll have a few nice portraits of yourself by the time I leave.
