Just moved to Oakland from SF, stoked for the change. I just graduated from Herb School which was rad. Was a social worker since graduating 'mrrika college and have worked a lot of side jobs in the bike industry. Spending time outside is the best. Blame it on my wild heart but I also dig the night life.

Luc Besson, Wes Anderson and Guy Ritchie's shit is always smashing. Cult classics like Trainspotting, Science of Sleep, Twin Peaks, Waking Life, Trainspotting, Motorcycle Diaries, I Heart Huckabees. I'm an old soul and I'm currently stuck in the 90s era. Total recall, Back to the Future, Karate Kid, Blade Runner (ok pre 90s too.) And I'm a diehard Seinfeld fan. Also The Wire was fucking brilliant, as was Trailer Park Boys series.

Chamomile, thought of as a sweet sleepy time herb, was used in the Civil War to treat gangrene. Our western herbs growing all around us are both sweet and powerful.
