ABOUT ME

Actually it's two of us now, as I live with my girfriend Ivana.. We are both very friendly, open-minded people, who enjoy meeting new (and interesting ;p ) people.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess I should say here how I think it's very important to be open-minded and friendly, and accept everyone even if they're different than us..that's what I do
And always be willing to learn something new and use it, make yourself a better person..and have fun while doing all of this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a few people, and I used to do this kind of thing even before cs website so I decided to make it official :)
I also really like to just meet up with couchsurfers in my town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a few people, mostly good experiences, once it was a bit exhausting, but most of the time it was excellent!

Interests

I love arts and creativity of any kind - movies, music, paintings, cartoons, comics, or any other form of something that is creative and interesting..Imagination is everything :)

That's why I play guitar, and love music, I love drawing, even if just doodling with a pencil... I am slowly transitioning into graphic design as my main area of focus as I have a great eye for beauty ;)

I' m also into nature, outdoors, hiking, camping, that's why I studied biology i guess..and sports, and games, talking with friends, both long philosophical talks and everyday small chats...
I love going out to the night clubs and to rock concerts..anywhere where it's nice and energetic

Ivana and are planning a trip around the world, and there are also options about moving somewhere abroad with my band :)

Ivana is awesome, from my perspective especially, but yeah, she is a museologist, works at a company that develops and builds museums, exhibitions, but mostly visitors' centers in nature parks or at some other cultural sites..
She also works as a tour guide so she might have some interesting things to tell you about Zagreb.

music - I guess alternative rock/indie is my main thing, probably because that can describe almost anything these days :)

movies - The Big Blue, Into the wild, Magnolia, Fight club, Leon
books - "the Vorkosigan Saga", LOTR, aghh,,it's kinda hard like this...I love reading all kinds of books...but I don't have many that really are my favorite books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have travelled a little...Seen about a dozen of countries in Europe, and have worked in the US for 4 months and then bought a car with my friend and went on a roadtrip across the States...so I guess that trip would be the highlight of my adventures, 'cause we went there on our own, with no job or housing, and we had to manage on our own.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play guitar, and even know something about music theory so I can show you some of that if you want me to..
I used to be a scout, and go camping and hiking all the time so maybe that's something I can share..i know there isn't much to it, but maybe there are some tricks I know
And I'm a biologist so if you want me to I can teach you some things about nature and biology.
