Outgoing, liberal, selfconfident, but can be very sensitive at times, idealist, unconventional, gentle but demanding at the same time. In a constant search for that rare, but precious moments of interhuman understanding, for exquisite products of human mind and soul, therefore, enjoying in art and civilization accomplishments which I see as relevant in my own, strange fashion.

I've decided to travel more, to expand the circle of people which I will consider to be my life-long friends. To share experiences, music, world-views. To attend electronic music events worldwide, trying to subvert the tourist pattern and to experience true local underground scenes via being hosted by the true locals :)

Did I mention I have a masters degree in comparative literature and I've enrolled in PhD study of linguistics? So, yes, literature, movies, above all, languages, especially study of deprivileged idioms, such as dialectology, extinct or endangered idioms, study of forgotten linguistic treasures. This will sound so outdated, but: indoeuropean etimologies. Still there is a lot of things that can be submitted to scientific examination.
But enough about science, what I really enjoy is being in nature. Camp-traveling in summer, I like to travel the coast with my tent! being in nature by the lake, the river or the see is something I wait for the whole year...

Música, películas y libros

Industrial & offbeat techno, acid & mental tekno, hard tek, jungle-breakcore, dark drumm&bass, besides electronics, I admire African funk music, Brasilian capoeira and baile funk, Jamaican dancehall, Arabian folk music...really a lot of it that have this special quality of being not everyday-like, that sounds strange and alien, viewing from the Western standpoint.
Movies: Europian modernist cinema, Godard, Fellini, my favourite one, Chabrol. Romanian new wave. Iranian cinema, Makhmalbaf, my favourite director.
Books: Marguerite Yourcenar, Gustave Flaubert, Thomas Mann, J. P. Kamov to name just a few...

Algo increíble que he hecho

Few times I've travelled alone to another cities or countries to attend some musical event that I was really interested in, but nobody didn't want to come with me. And that were some of the best experiences of my life, when I met some really great and exquisite people!
And once I organized a free party with international DJs and live acts for a non-existing scene in my country. I plan to do that again, no matter the number of people that would support or not support, because I enjoy it and I want it.
