ABOUT ME

just left my foodie tech start up job to focus on the yoga teaching...before all that I traveled around South America for 2ish years.....I play guitar and drums...I enjoy stimulating conversation over a drink either caffeinated, alcoholic, or otherwise....I love fine tea, hoppy beer, kale tempeh and brown rice, and the things that happen when those things combine with good people getting together to consume them

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like a personal philosophy is best communicated through dialogue, and anything I would write here would probably end up sounding super cheesy

I crashed on this guy victors couch in sevilla who i had met on the ferry over from morocco...i helped shave his head...a couple years ago I 'surfed' across america....there is often someone sleeping on my couch...
