I am an American undergraduate student at University of Miami, originally from Chicago area. I am studying international studies, Environmental policy and Political science.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couch surfing is a great way to meet new people and explore new places. After studying abroad I have developed a desire to travel and make friends all over the world. As for now I am only look to be a surfer but one I get my own place or have extra room at mine I look forward to hosting as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a wide range of music so it all depends on my mood. I can get into and appreciate almost any genre. I am not too big on movies, I enjoy them occasionally but I don't think I have a particular favorite. As for books its hard to decide on just any favorites. My interests change often and my favorites in all these categories change with them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best experience I had was studying abroad in Scotland during the referendum. Seeing the democratic process working for the potential to break away from the United Kingdom was amazing. This one vote had the potential to spark other referendums around the world and was a huge topic in international affairs. Although the vote wasn't for independence being apart of this was amazing to me.
