Overview
About Me
I can laugh *a lot* - and that's probably the most important information you can get about me! :)
I am open-minded, communicative, restless - and enjoy travelling and learning, just like you. Otherwise you wouldn't be here, right?
I love
# wandering through the streets of a new place without any particular purpose
# animals - they can always draw my attention
# spending time away from cities and internet connections
# people - meeting them, talking with them, learning from them (yes, I know there are some jerks out there, but my experiences were mostly good so far :))
Clearly I'm not very good at describing myself, but I can promise you I'll do my best to make our meeting a very pleasant experience :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel a lot, and meeting new people is the crucial part of every travelling experience. Spending time with locals or fellow travellers is what adds irreplaceable new dimensions to the journey, and couchsurfing is a great tool to easily achieve this.
Interests
Biology, languages, art, history.
Pretty unspecific, I know. I basically like learning about anything really.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - it's very important to me but my stile varies; I'm always looking for what's fitting my current state of mind. Just to name a few bands - VAST, Placebo, Muse, National, Explosions in the Sky, Editors, dredg, Cranberries, Streets, R.E.M., Maximo Park, Orange Strips, Morcheeba, Beirut, Black Keys, The Jezabels
Movies - all kinds, as long as I manage to find some layers in them. I generally enjoy visiting film festivals and watching whatever's offered, but to name a few dear (and well known) names - I like Kubrick, Kaufman, Lynch, Fincher, Coens...
Books - I read less than I used to but working on changing that, since it used to be a big part of me and I really miss it. Most recently I've read some Neil Gaiman, Angela Carter, Cormac McCarthy, Robin Hobb and one and only Haruki Murakami.
