Hello my name is Nissma. I grew up in Minneapolis MN and have been living in Oakland CA for a little under 2 years where I am finishing my Master's to become a Physician Assistant. I love traveling when I can get a break from work or school and have visited western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, and more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing years ago when I was traveling/living in Australia for a year and thought it sounded like such a great concept but didn't end up taking advantage of surfing/hosting yet. The following year while traveling around Europe a friend and I couchsurfed in Chiati Italy and had an amazing time. I am back on couchsurfing currently to continue exploring & meeting people even within CA or the US & hope to be able to host guests in the next year too.

Unfortunately haven't had much time to read for pleasure lately with all the studying, but I love adventure books and a good comedy/romantic comedy when I have time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would say being 6 mos away from finishing PA school is my accomplishment I am pretty excited about right now.
