One of my biggest passions in life is traveling. I love the thrill of seeing the unfamiliar - new cities, different people, unusual cultures. It just reminds me that we are all one and we are all connected. All humans.

I'm a IT / software consultant as my trade to earn a living, but I enjoy spending time in nature and doing many creative things in my free time. I am a photographer, DJ, electronic music producer, and writer. Almost anything that is a creative outlet I will enjoy. My father worked in the film industry his whole adult life, so I got to be around a lot of creative people and travel as a child. I also get to do a lot of cool creative things in my IT job as well, but those would be difficult to explain without writing too much here. In addition to creativity I enjoy helping others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not on couch surfing for financial reasons. I'm on here because I want to get a more authentic local's experience from the places I visit.

I want to make a real connection with the people who host me. I have some good stories to share and would be happy to buy my host a nice meal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to a regional Burning Man event outside of Asheville, NC. My eyes witnessed things that I didn't know could exist on this earth. I'll tell you more about it in person if you are interesting or thinking about going to a Burning Man.

If my host wants to visit me here in Raleigh, I'll make every effort to make that happen.
