I am from Chennai/Mumbai, India. Studying Ship design and Engineering in Nantes, France as an exchange student at Ecole Central de Nantes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a boon for solo backpackers and the best way to know about culture is with mingling with locals. I want to take with me as many memories as possible, learn about cultures, languages and the different lifestyles. And yes of-course it helps in managing trip costs too. I am living in Nantes, France and I offer the same hospitality to everyone else.

Interests

I have a wide range of interests, I play water polo and cricket. Can play hockey and football too, though I suck at them. I really want to try cliff diving.
I really appreciate architecture masterpieces and want to explore about the traditional Renaissance era architecture around Europe. I want to try local cuisines of as many places as possible. Last but not least I love meeting new people and making new friends and I guess that's why we all are here in couch-surfing for.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a huge TV series and movies fanatic. If you can name it, I'll surely be able to discuss that. Still few of my favourites -
T.V. series - Da Vinci's demons, Suits, House of Lies, Prison Break, Narcotics, Dexter, Friends, The Big Bang Theory, Sherlock, House of cards.
Movies - Limitless, All Tom Hank movies, All Leonardo Di'Caprio movies, Batman series and the list would be endless.
I read a lot but mostly on the web and less on books so there won't be much to mention, better to skip that part.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I come from India, so I can tell you about my country which has a very old and diverse culture. If you happen to like Indian food, I cook delicious food. I like partying a lot so maybe if you are interested we can plan something and if not I can stay and indulge you in some great conversations.
