About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be a traveler, not a tourist

ABOUT ME

29, female -- I'm all about cultural exchange, sharing stories, cooking and eating, languages, wine, music, literature, history politics, heated discussion, shared experiences, yoga, hiking, biking, working with kids, meeting fellow travelers to make this vast and wonderful world feel smaller :)

Me gusta viajar, cocinar, charlar sobre todo, aprender idiomas, vino, musica, literatura, cultura, yoga, hacer trekking, andar en bici, los picnics, fotografía, conocer a gente de todo el mundo :)

PHILOSOPHY

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness. Broad, wholesome, charitable views cannot be acquired by vegetating in one's little corner of the earth." - Mark Twain

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couchsurfed in Argentina, Chile, Peru, and throughout the USA, and had incredible experiences every time. CS is an awesome community, and I'm stoked to finally be able to host surfers! I'd love to show you our favorite spots around the city and swap stories over food and drinks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and the Pacific Northwest of the US (Portland, Seattle, Vancouver). I've hosted travelers from Sweden, Germany, Canada, Israel, Switzerland, and all over the US!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen the sun rise over the Taj Mahal and the Grand Canyon. I've couchsurfed with a winemaker in Argentine wine country, sharing stories over unlabeled bottles of Malbec. I've bathed in the thermal waters of Santa Teresa, Peru, just outside Machu Picchu in the Sacred Valley. And I've grown up in beautiful, diverse, ever-more-to-explore California.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, England, France, Honduras, Hungary, India, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay
