My name is Viktorija. My sister Valentina and I started hosting people back in the 2013., usually over summer.
Unfortunately I don't have many references because we did all the hosting over my sister's profile.

When I decided to make my own account, I only hosted one person and then didn't have much time because of college and of course not having my own place.

I just finished third year of university.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people, share experiences, learn something new and collect your fun facts about the world xD :D

I love to hear stories about other cultures, or just your experiences that can be as interesting to hear even though they seem normal to you.

Also I'm on couchsurfing to host when I can and to hang out with people while showing them the city :)

Interests

Right now I'm learning Korean language, in which I got interested through watching korean variety shows (plus watching some korean dramas) and korean music.

In the next year I plan to learn some editing skills with Adobe premiere. I also like to film or photograph stuff with my extra cool camera 😂

What else... I like black tea, bubble tea or just black bubble tea haha I also love swing music, I learned lindy hop for few months, and little bit of rockabilly and shag. Hopefully, I'll get to classes of lindy hop again at the end of a year.

My favourite thing to do is lie on the grass and drink any kind of beverage :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of music, depending on my mood. For example Ronnie James Dio, Falconer, Arctic Monkeys, BTS, Metallica, Travis, Chillstep music (mostly when I'm studying haha)

Some of the movies I like: Back to the future, LOTR, Ten inch hero, The Librarian, Megamind, Spellbound (korean horror romance too good xD)...

Books: Harry Potter, His dark materials, Memoirs of a Geish, Naomi Klein - No Logo...
tv series: Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist, Avatar the Last Airbender...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping near Zadar with 10 people in the biggest storm and then deciding to invite those people (which half I just met) to my vacation house on Rab with just 35m2, for a whole week. Best summer ever :)

I can offer couch or anything that is available in the house. Since my sister is also hosting people, there probably won't be enough room for everyone at the same time, but I can still meet up with you and show you around the city :)
