The everyday me is witty (who loves laughter and smiles), love engaging and meaningful conversations, i am a foodie (loves tasty foods and great drinks), love nature and the outdoors (the beach is my most favorite place, like biking, hiking, camping, gardening, walking etc), love enjoying all forms of the arts (from opera to to spoke word and no I dont have talent, lol, maybe once carried a tune). I am a naturist. Always thrilled to meet and hangout with other genuine naturists. I am amazed by by architecture (building are amazing forms of art).

Overall, I am super laid back, easy flowing, peaceful living kinda guy....look forward to meeting you in 2026.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined CS when it was free. I am meeting many incredible people I know I would not have met unless I have such a community as CS. I have increased my understanding and deep love for humanity.

Most CSers are genuine, loving, caring, moreover, hospitable and just like me, HUMAN! I am always amazed how genuine CSers are, how present there are, and how open they are to others having (what i call) an authentic local experience.

I have hosted and prayfully seeking to host more in 2026. I have had others host me. All were unique and powerfully life changing just to be among incredible people. Many who shared with me when they themselves had little to share. These were my most powerful traveling expierience as a CSer.

At first I left CS when the annual fee was imposed after COVID. I decided that the future meeting and hanging out with you is worth the fee. And indeed, it has proven to be true.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is world music. I grew up listening and singing Black gospel, Mississippi blues, RnB, Jazz, Pop, Classical and Chorale music are among a few...

My favorite Movies: I am not much of a movie connoisseur. I love documentaries, biographical, and a news junkie. When I am simply wanting to be entertained I often watch a good psycho drama/action, sci fi, comedies, and maybe a love story here and there lol....

My favorite books: Unfortunately I am not a leisure reader. If I have a goal or need to research a subject or curious about something, I will read. However the Bible, educational, historical, psychological and philosophical books are ofen read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in the rain forest in Honduras to a waterfall in the mountains is still an amazing thing I have done!

Biking through the countryside mountains in India!

Traveling and meeting absolutely wonderful global citizens over local foods, drinks, laughs, and chats will never-never get old for me!

Teaching in my view is a mutual exchange with another. I have knowledge of theology, philosophy, psychology, southern USA living, gardening, cooking....
