About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Connection, discovery, and having fun!

ABOUT ME

I'm a Raleigh native but I love to travel! I'm a reader, an amateur photographer, a relapsed goth girl.

I am completely extroverted- I love meeting new people and listening to their stories.

My best skill is probably staying calm in a crisis situation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I look forward to meeting couchsurfers where ever I go. I haven't been travelling as much lately, but I love meeting new people coming from different places, and finding out about their approaches to life. I love swapping crazy stories. There are a hundred million directions any one of could take our lives in, and while I can only live one myself, through others I can hear about all the rest!

Not to mention that the open minded sort of person who creates a couchsurfing account is undoubtedly interesting, funny, and did I tell you how attractive you are?

Interests

Obscure children's movies, cooking, meeting new people, reading, anything and everything-but you have to sell me on why you're passionate about it, and why I should be too!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love sci-fi and fantasy. Music? I want to dance, and I want it fast. A great crescendo never hurts! ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Booked a 6 a.m. flight at midnight, then hitchhiked to another state to make it. I got there in plenty of time!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love practicing foreign languages even though I'm rudimentary in all of them. I love learning recipes that you can't find in a cookbook and learning skills I didn't know I'd want to learn.

I know a great dice game, how to crack some really weird joints, and how to base a limited number of acroyoga poses. I also know how hang a disco ball from my eye sockets, but I'm not very good at it.

I have also learned how to handle myself in almost any situation, which brings a refreshing level of self-confidence.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can swap some interesting stories, and rattle off quite a bit of useless trivia.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Poland

Countries I’ve Lived In
